Debbie Young

Debbie Young is a Partner and Vice Chair at Deloitte LLP, where they have been since June 2005, specializing in Performance Improvement and Transformation projects, particularly in the NHS and healthcare sectors. They previously served as a Director at Ernst & Young from 2002 to 2003 and at Arthur Andersen from 1992 to 2002, where they held multiple secondments. Debbie began their career at Arthur Andersen in Australia as a Graduate Trainee in 1988, and they currently contribute to the Audit and Risk Committee of the Royal Horticultural Society.
