Declan Flaherty

Declan Flaherty, CPA, is a Tax Senior Manager at Washington National Tax, specializing in financial instruments and the tax treatment of debt. With prior experience at Deloitte as a Tax Manager and Senior Tax Accountant, Declan has advised clients on complex tax issues related to debt and financial products. They began their career as an Operations Associate at Pilgrim Skating Arena and later held internships at Great Bay Energy, LLC, and Wealth Management Systems, Inc. Declan holds a Bachelor of Science in Corporate Finance and Accounting and a Master’s Degree in Taxation from Bentley College.
