Carleen Gao

Carleen Gao, CPA, has extensive experience in tax management and accounting, currently serving as Tax Manager at Northleaf Capital Partners since August 2022. Prior to this role, Carleen Gao worked at EY from January 2017 to August 2022, progressing from Tax Staff to Senior Tax Staff and then to Tax Manager. Earlier experience includes a position as Tax Associate at PwC, a Junior Accountant at Tator, Rose and Leong Chartered Accountants, and a Financial Officer role with the Ontario Public Service. Carleen Gao started the professional career as a Human Resources Associate at Giesecke & Devrient Systems Canada Inc. Carleen Gao holds a Bachelor of Business Administration degree from the University of Toronto, completed in 2016.
