Dirk Baken

Dirk Baken is a Partner at Deloitte, where they have accumulated over 20 years of experience in international business tax advisory for multinationals and mid-market clients. Since 2003, Dirk has specialized in M&A, post-merger integration, carve-out planning, and restructuring, focusing on industrial and high-tech companies. They currently serve as the NL ‘Private Companies’ Leader for Deloitte’s Tax & Legal practice. Dirk holds master's degrees in Law and Fiscal Economics from Tilburg University and values long-term relationships with clients, emphasizing the importance of understanding their business goals. Prior to Deloitte, Dirk worked as a Tax Consultant at PwC from 2000 to 2003.
