Duncan Down is an M&A Partner at Deloitte, focusing on the TMT sector and serving as the U.K. Strategy, Risk and Transactions lead for Deloitte Private. With 20 years of experience in M&A, Duncan specializes in transactions ranging from £10m to £1bn+, providing expertise in cross-border M&A and supporting private equity-backed companies throughout their lifecycle. They have previously led the UK Tech Fast 50 program, recognizing the fastest growing technology businesses in the UK. Duncan holds a Bachelor of Laws (LLB) from the University of Bristol.
