Edward Rollins

Edward Rollins is a Managing Director at Deloitte, where they lead the Federal HRT Technology Platform Practice and co-lead the GPS ServiceNow Practice. With a distinguished track record in expanding Deloitte's Federal ServiceNow practice, Edward specializes in scaling the Enterprise Platform Center of Excellence for large government clients. Prior to Deloitte, they founded and served as President/CEO of R2 Technologies, LLC, creating Enterprise Information Systems architecture for government agencies. Edward also held the role of CTO at GPC Systems, Inc., managing various aspects of service delivery for government and private clients. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Management from the University of Mary Washington.
