Elly Cai

Elly Cai is an accomplished Director of Indirect Tax at Deloitte, where they transitioned through various roles, including Senior Manager, Tax Manager, and Tax Assistant from 2015 to 2025. They briefly served as a Taxation Accountant during a secondment at Three Ireland in 2019. Elly holds a Master’s Degree in Laws from Trinity College, Dublin, and a Bachelor of Laws from East China University of Political Science and Law. Additionally, they have completed associate degrees in Taxation and Chartered Accountant qualifications from the Irish Tax Institute and Chartered Accountants Ireland, respectively.
