Em Havens

Em Havens is a seasoned social impact leader based in the Bay Area, currently serving as the Program Lead for Experience Innovation at Deloitte, where they develop and execute strategies for social impact initiatives. With over a decade of experience, Em has held various roles, including Senior Design Lead at IDEO and partnerships consultant at Ashoka U. They are also an Adjunct Lecturer at the Hasso Plattner Institute of Design at Stanford and a Visiting Professor at the University of Pennsylvania, where they train global leaders in design thinking and creative leadership.
