Erik Dilger

Erik Dilger is a Managing Director at Deloitte Advisory in Boston, where they lead strategy and operations initiatives for the Risk and Financial Advisory business and oversee multiple M&A technology efforts, including generative AI projects. With over 23 years of experience in consultative services related to knowledge management and forensic accounting, Erik has been instrumental in integrating forensics into Deloitte’s audit approach. An adjunct professor at Northeastern University since 2004, they teach forensic accounting and fraud investigation classes. Erik actively contributes to the community through various board positions and as a youth soccer coach, while also serving as the Deloitte United Way Chair. Additionally, they are a longtime member of the National Ski Patrol.
