Gary Parilis

Gary Parilis is currently the Human Capital Data Science Lead at Deloitte, where they focus on people analytics and the application of data science to understand experiences and predict behaviors. Previously, Gary held various significant roles, including Global Head of Research Analytics & Marketing Science at The Modellers and Chief Research Officer at Greenwich Associates, where they advanced data science capabilities and predictive modeling. Gary also worked at IBM as the Global People Analytics Leader, developing a workforce analytics practice, and contributed to the academic field as a Faculty and Advisory Board Member at Rutgers University. They are pursuing a BA in Psychology, a PhD in Social Psychology, and a Big Data Certificate at Rutgers University.
