Gemma Lee

Gemma Lee is a strategic and commercially minded leader with extensive experience in managing complex technology initiatives and aligning them with business strategy. They held various roles in multiple organizations including Westpac, where they implemented an enterprise-wide fraud management platform, and Macquarie Bank, where they served as a Treasury Financial Analyst, receiving the “Top 10 Performers” award. Since 2013, Gemma has been the Founder & Director of private investment companies, diversifying their portfolio across various investment vehicles. Currently, they serve as a Director in Management Consultancy at Deloitte, leading key technology projects in the banking sector. Gemma is pursuing a Bachelor of Commerce at the University of Melbourne, alongside a Master's in Commerce from the University of New South Wales.
