Eliot Taylor

Eliot Taylor is a Divisional Director at APEM Ltd since September 2020, specializing in business development and client engagement for a new venture in Ireland. Eliot also serves as a Board Member for Wetlands International, contributing to governance and strategic oversight, and as Co-Editor-in-Chief for the African Journal of Aquatic Science. Previously, Eliot held various positions at Mott MacDonald, including Technical Principal focusing on climate change and integrated water resources management, and Country Manager for the Rwanda entity. Eliot's experience encompasses significant project management roles, advising on regional water strategy, and technical coordination for water and wetlands initiatives in Eastern and Southern Africa. Eliot holds a PhD in Environmental Engineering from the University of Leicester, along with additional degrees in Environmental Technology and Biological Sciences.
