Gillian Smith

Gillian Smith is an executive director at Deloitte Canada & Chile, overseeing governance operations and strategic initiatives for the firm. A bilingual leader with extensive experience across the private, public, and not-for-profit sectors, Gillian is recognized for strong team-building and problem-solving skills. Previously, they served in various senior roles, including Managing Partner at NATIONAL Public Relations and Chief Marketing Officer at the Toronto Region Board of Trade. Gillian has also held positions at the Institute for Canadian Citizenship and RBC Capital Markets, among others. They currently serve on the boards of the Ontario Science Centre, TO Live, and the Ontario Cultural Attractions Fund.
