Graciela M.

Graciela M. is a design strategist with extensive experience in human-centered design, innovation, and data analytics across diverse industries, including healthcare and consumer goods. Currently serving as a Senior Design Strategist at Deloitte, Graciela previously contributed as a Mechanical Engineer for Angell Animal Medical Center and supported various engineering teams through internships at Converse and Harvard University. Graciela holds a B.S. in Mechanical Engineering from Boston University and a certificate in User Experience Design from General Assembly, and is presently continuing education in Mechanical Engineering at Université Grenoble Alpes. Passionate about empowering individuals, Graciela has also taught entrepreneurship to formerly incarcerated individuals through Defy Ventures.
