Inga Riggins is a Managing Director and serves as the Human Resources Transformation Offering Leader for Deloitte's Government & Public Services Human Capital practice. With over 20 years of experience, Riggins has led HR Technology and Shared Service Delivery programs across Federal and Commercial organizations. They have been instrumental in Deloitte's product development of the SuccessFactors suite, including the implementation of Integrated Talent Management systems serving over 80,000 employees. Riggins holds an MBA from Georgetown University and a BA in Economics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
