Jay Langan

Jay Langan is a national leader in M&A transaction strategy and diligence within Deloitte's Strategy and Transactions practice. With over 30 years of experience in financial services and public accounting, Jay has spent the past 23 years guiding clients through all phases of the M&A lifecycle and has held key leadership roles within the M&A group at Deloitte. Jay's expertise includes advising private equity and strategic investors on both domestic and cross-border transactions across multiple continents, focusing on banking, securities, payments, and asset management. Jay earned an MBA in Finance from Columbia Business School and a BBA in Accounting and Japanese from the University of Notre Dame.
