Jim Davis is currently the Talent Leader at Deloitte, a position held since 2007. Prior to this role, they served as Senior Vice President of Human Resources at Fifth Third Bank from 2006 to 2007, and worked as a Human Resources People Consultant at Ernst & Young from 2002 to 2006. Jim began their career as HR Director at Arthur Andersen LLP, where they worked from 1987 to 2002. They earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Accounting from Cleveland State University between 1982 and 1987 and served on the Board of Trustees for Providence House from 2007 to 2017.
