Katherine Keller

Katherine Keller is an operations leader at Deloitte, where they have been building and leading new operational structures since June 2023. With 25 years of experience at the firm, Katherine has focused on increasing win rates through improved processes and targeted communications, while also championing culture initiatives that foster team integration and development. They serve as a mentor and coach to professionals, creating and facilitating training programs to nurture future leaders. Katherine holds a BA in Literature from Hendrix College and is pursuing further studies at both the University of Oxford and the University of Mississippi.
