Laura Nesbitt

Laura Nesbitt has extensive experience in change management and business transformation, beginning with a role as Strategy & Change Management Consultant at IBM Global Business Services from February 2009 to September 2014, where responsibilities included leading teams and guiding clients through complex transformation projects. Following this, Laura served as Manager of Human Capital Consulting at Deloitte Canada from October 2014 to May 2017, and later progressed to Partner and Senior Manager for Transformational Change at Deloitte, where the focus was on facilitating stakeholder transitions to new working methods. Laura holds a Master of Business Administration in Strategic Management from Queen's University and a Bachelor of Commerce from McGill University.
