Michael O'Toole has over a decade of experience in consulting, currently serving as a Director at Deloitte since 2015, where previous roles included Senior Manager, Manager, and Senior Consultant. In July 2024, Michael co-founded Earlybird, a company focused on producing zero alcohol craft beer to promote a healthier lifestyle under the motto #TakeBackTomorrow. Prior to Deloitte, Michael worked at Accenture from 2012 to 2015 in digital consulting. Michael holds three degrees from The Australian National University: a Bachelor of Actuarial Studies, a Bachelor of Science in Psychology, and a Master's in Environment.
