Mitchell Dorling is currently an Audit & Assurance Graduate at Deloitte and an AFLW Boundary Umpire. Previously, they held positions as a Financial Controls and Assurance Intern at Bupa and as an Operations Team Member at Bunnings. Mitchell has actively contributed to the Monash University community through their involvement as Co-President of Beta Alpha Psi and as a Fastrack Founder, focusing on entrepreneurship and leadership development. They have also officiated several significant matches in various football leagues, including the 2025 VFL Grand Final.
