Nathan Baker

Nathan Baker is a chartered accountant and Associate Director in Deloitte’s Transactions Tax business, focusing on M&A transactions. With past roles including Senior Manager of International Tax at Arm and Tax Manager at the London Stock Exchange Group, Nathan has developed expertise in corporate tax compliance, advisory, and due diligence across various industries. Additionally, Nathan has specialized experience in facilitating research and development expenditure credit claims and has worked closely with HMRC on tax-related matters. Currently, Nathan is pursuing a Chartered Accountancy qualification and a Bachelor of Laws degree at Queen Mary, University of London.
