Neil Hunter

Neil Hunter is currently a Partner and Chief Learning Officer at Deloitte Canada, where they collaborate with executives to enhance organizational learning and development. Previously, Neil held several leadership roles, including General Manager of Corporate Services and CHRO at the Regional Municipality of Wood Buffalo, and Director of Change Management and Director of Learning & Capability at Suncor Energy. Their extensive experience also includes serving as Vice President of Operations at both the Rick Hansen Foundation and Zamage Digital Imaging, as well as Senior Manager of Talent and Organizational Performance at Accenture. Neil began their career as a Human Resource Advisor at the University of British Columbia and has also worked as Director of Human Resources & Administration at the Centre for Molecular Medicine & Therapeutics.
