Nicola Sergeant

Nicola Sergeant is currently a Director at Deloitte, leading the Asia Pacific Centre for Regulatory Strategy (ACRS) and the APAC Sustainability Regulation Hub. Previously, they held various roles in prominent financial institutions, including Vice President at Deutsche Bank, where they led the Contingency Funding Plan and contributed to regulatory change initiatives. Their earlier positions include Assistant Vice President at Barclays, where they worked on recovery plans and structural reform initiatives. Nicola earned a Master of Science in Finance and Investments with Distinction from Bayes Business School and holds a BSc in Business Studies (Finance) from the same institution, along with a CISI Diploma.
