Patty Holman

Patty Holman is an Accounting, Controls, & Reporting Advisory Partner at Deloitte, where they focus on technical accounting topics, capital markets transactions, and internal controls. With significant experience in complex equity transactions and public accounting, Patty has successfully led initiatives in SOX readiness and financial reporting advisory services. Prior to joining Deloitte, Patty served as an Audit Senior Manager at EY from 2000 to 2015. Currently, Patty is pursuing a Master's degree in Accounting at the University of Notre Dame and a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management at the University of California, Berkeley.
