Patty Holman

Patty Holman is an Accounting, Controls, and Reporting Advisory Partner at Deloitte, focusing on technical accounting, capital markets transactions, and internal controls. With significant experience in complex equity transactions and public accounting, they lead initiatives in SEC reporting and business process improvements. Prior to their role at Deloitte, Patty served as an Audit Senior Manager at EY from 2000 to 2015. They are currently pursuing a Master's degree in Accounting from the University of Notre Dame's Mendoza College of Business while also working towards a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration and Management from the University of California, Berkeley.
