Paul Fraser

Paul Fraser is a Director in Deloitte’s Strategy, Risk & Transaction Advisory Practice, where they lead the risk and compliance proposition for Investment Management and Wealth firms in the UK. Their experience includes conduct regulation, developing risk frameworks, managing regulatory change programs, and collaborating with Boards on regulatory challenges. Previously, Paul served as a Customer Service Assistant at Northern Rock from 2009 to 2010 and held senior management roles at Deloitte before becoming a Director in 2022. Paul holds a CISI Diploma from BPP and a BSc (Hons) in Geography from the University of Newcastle-upon-Tyne.
