Paul Silverglate

Paul Silverglate is a Global Lead Client Services Partner and Technology Sector Advisory Partner at Deloitte&Touche LLP, where they have worked since 1989. With over 35 years of experience, they became a specialist in the Technology, Media, and Telecommunications Industry Practice, serving strategic clients and focusing on leadership development, change management, and inclusion and diversity initiatives. They previously held the role of National Managing Partner of Work-Life and were the first male national director of Deloitte's women's initiative. Paul has also worked as an auditor and CPA, assisting in various complex financial transactions. They earned a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from the University of Florida.
