Per Elmby

Per Elmby has extensive experience in sales and employee mobility advisory services. Starting as a salesperson at Elgiganten from May 2003 to February 2005, Per Elmby focused on customer guidance for various products while aiming to achieve sales budgets. Progressing to a Sales Manager role, responsibilities included employee development, coaching, and store management. Transitioning to Deloitte in September 2022, Per Elmby served as a Senior Manager, specializing in global employee mobility challenges, with a focus on employer reporting and international tax implications within the Global Employer Services department. Additional roles at Deloitte included Manager, Director, and Consultant, where expertise in mobility tax advisory and international payroll management was demonstrated. Per Elmby holds a Master of Laws (LL.M.) from Handelshögskolan vid Göteborgs universitet, completed between 2011 and 2016.
