Peter Cordes

Peter Cordes is a dedicated learning and development professional currently serving as the Director of Asia Pacific Learning at Deloitte Asia Pacific. With extensive experience in leading complex L&D programs, Peter has worked across the Asia-Pacific region, showcasing strong cultural intelligence. Previously, Peter held various roles, including Senior Manager at Deloitte and Learning and Development Manager at Fonterra, where they were instrumental in designing and delivering innovative learning solutions. Peter earned a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from Massey University and a Bachelor of Health Science (Honours) in Psychology from Auckland University of Technology. Additionally, they hold a Diploma in Adult Education & Training from the Southern Institute of Technology.
