Phani Gadde

Phani Gadde is a seasoned energy and AI leader with extensive leadership and management consulting experience. They currently serve as Vice President of Energy at Deloitte and are pursuing an MBA at the MIT Sloan School of Management, as well as MS and BS degrees in Petroleum Engineering from The University of Texas at Austin and the Indian Institute of Technology (Indian School of Mines), Dhanbad, respectively. Previously, Phani co-founded Shale Value, launching industry-first product lines and securing private equity funding, while also holding positions at Wood Mackenzie, Austin Geotech Services, and serving as a Senior Research Scientist at the University of Texas at Austin. They have been featured in prominent media outlets such as CNBC and CNN Money, highlighting their transformative impact on the shale industry through innovative data analytics and AI solutions.
