Philip Jonker

Philip Jonker is a Partner in M&A Legal at Deloitte, where they have been since 2023. With 20 years of experience in advising on mergers and acquisitions, corporate restructurings, and corporate governance, Philip began their career at NautaDutilh and subsequently worked as in-house counsel at Vodafone Netherlands and as an attorney at DLA Piper. Prior to their current role, Philip served as Director of M&A Legal at Deloitte from 2018 to 2023. They hold a law degree from Leiden University, obtained in 2000.
