Pradeep Philip

Pradeep Philip is a Partner at Deloitte Access Economics, where they leverage extensive experience at the highest levels of public policy and administration across Queensland, Victoria, and the Federal Government. Previously, they served as the Chief Executive Officer for LaunchVic, leading initiatives to promote startups and innovation in the Victorian economy. Pradeep held senior roles in various government departments, including Director of Policy in the Office of the Prime Minister of Australia and multiple secretarial positions in the Department of Health and Human Services in Victoria. They are the founder of Ergo Consilium, a boutique advisory firm focused on guiding executives through uncertainty. Pradeep earned a PhD in Economics from The University of Queensland.
