Rashid Bashir

Rashid Bashir is the Chief Executive Officer of the Consulting practice at Deloitte Middle East, where they lead a diverse team across 15 countries and represent 105 nationalities. With extensive experience working on complex government policy challenges and socio-economic development priorities in the Middle East and the UK, they are also a board member at Deloitte and previously served as Chief Strategy Officer. Rashid's vision focuses on making Deloitte Consulting the leading destination for talent and a preferred partner for transformative initiatives in the region, committed to creating sustainable change in local communities. They held the position of Head of Policy and Economics at the South East England Development Agency from 2000 to 2004 and studied at Strathclyde Business School.
