Richard Beetz

Richard Beetz is a Dutch native with over 9 years of international project and change management experience in technology and financial services. Currently serving as a PMO and HR Transformation consultant at Deloitte, Richard leads initiatives that enhance talent technology and optimize operational processes. Previously, Richard held positions at Infosys Consulting and Standard Chartered Bank, where significant contributions to workforce transformations and digital banking migrations were made. Richard earned multiple degrees from the University of Amsterdam, including an MSc. in Business Economics, and has expertise in PRINCE2® Agile and the Prosci ADKAR frameworks, focusing on business transformation and organizational change.
