Rohit Berry is a seasoned professional with nearly 30 years of expertise in cross-border and domestic M&A transactions in India. They have guided various operations, including family businesses and Japanese conglomerates, through acquisitions, carve-outs, restructuring, and exits. Rohit has served as a partner at renowned firms such as Ernst & Young and Arthur Andersen before founding BMR Advisors in 2004. Currently, they lead the National Head of Deal Advisory at KPMG India and hold the title of President, Strategy, Risk, and Transactions at Deloitte. Rohit's educational background includes a Bachelor of Commerce from Shri Ram College and qualifications as a Company Secretary and Chartered Accountant.
