Samir Anand is an experienced Program Director at Deloitte, where they lead the COO Transformation Team, focusing on driving business performance, cost optimization, and location strategy initiatives. With a background in Program Management and Quality & Test Engineering, Samir has successfully delivered large-scale digital transformation projects across Finance, Telecom, and Consumer domains. Prior to Deloitte, Samir worked as a Product Quality Consultant at IT2 Treasury Solutions and as a Test Engineer at Infosys. Samir holds an MSc from the University of Warwick and a Bachelor of Engineering from R. V. College of Engineering, Bangalore.
