Stephen Gidge has a diverse background in business analysis, IT, and project management, with experience across various organizations. At Environment and Climate Change Canada, Stephen worked as a Business Analyst, utilizing UML and BPMN models to enhance environmental regulatory IT projects. The role as Vice-Chair Media & Technology for the 2020 Great Northern Concrete Toboggan Race involved overseeing IT systems and developing a mass SMS communication system. As the Indirect Sourcing & Analytics Lead at Spin Master, Stephen optimized procurement processes by building a data pipeline for KPI reporting using Power BI. A consulting role at Deloitte in the Omnia AI division included a focus on cybersecurity data and automation. Additional positions include IT and field internship roles and leadership as Vice-President Communications for the University of Toronto Engineering Society, managing communications for over 5,500 students.
