Tara Macpherson

Tara Macpherson is a Partner at Deloitte Canada, leading the National Security and Justice division within Government and Public Sector Solutions. With over 15 years of experience in the public sector across Canada and the UK, Tara specializes in justice and public safety, focusing on innovative operational models and equitable practices. Currently serving as a Director-at-Large for the John Howard Society of Ontario, Tara has previously held roles at organizations including PwC and British American Tobacco. They hold a Master’s with Distinction in Criminology from King’s College London and earned a Politics and History degree from the University of Edinburgh.
