Tarun Arora is a Partner and Transfer Pricing Leader at Deloitte India, with nearly 30 years of professional experience, including over 25 years focused on Transfer Pricing. They have specialized in advising clients on complex Transfer Pricing issues and tax planning, while also designing and implementing profit split models and supporting Advance Pricing Agreements. Tarun has significant experience with clients across North America, Europe, and Asia-Pacific, along with hands-on exposure to Transfer Pricing negotiations in the United States. They actively contribute to the Transfer Pricing community through speaking engagements, journal contributions, and involvement with policymakers, and have been recognized as one of the World’s Leading Transfer Pricing Advisers. Tarun holds both a CA from The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India and a Bachelor of Commerce from Shri Ram College of Commerce.
