Tim Duflo

Tim Duflo is a Partner at Deloitte & Touche LLP, specializing in sustainability and ESG services within the consumer industry. With over 20 years of experience at Deloitte, Tim focuses on clients in retail, distribution, consumer products, manufacturing, and life sciences. They have managed multi-location and globally integrated audits, overseen IPOs, and served private equity owned and privately held clients. Tim’s expertise includes SEC reporting, Sarbanes-Oxley requirements, and complex technical accounting matters. Before joining Deloitte, Tim spent four years as an accounting manager and analyst at a privately held grocery retailer in West Michigan. Tim holds a BBA in Accounting from Grand Valley State University and an MBA from Western Michigan University's Haworth College of Business.
