Víctor Moreno

Víctor Moreno is the Director of Strategy and Operations at BIM Consulting S.C., where they have been since 2013. With over 20 years of experience, they have managed process reengineering projects and implemented information technologies across various industries, including Consumer, Manufacturing, Finance, and Government. Prior to this role, Víctor served as a Senior Consultant at Proudfoot Consulting from 1991 to 1994 and held the position of Senior Manager at Deloitte from 2003 to present, leading significant revenue management and operational strategy projects. Víctor earned a Master's degree in Business Administration from the Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México from 2007 to 2009.
