Fábio Serpa is a seasoned professional in operations and strategy, currently serving as Senior Operations and Strategy Manager at EloGroup since January 2020. In this role, Fábio focuses on understanding client business contexts to develop transformation roadmaps, analyze market trends for growth opportunities, and lead the execution of organizational strategies in collaboration with senior management.
