Zoe Davidson is a Partner at Deloitte, focusing on infrastructure and real estate advisory. They are Deloitte’s market leader for regional development, where they assist clients in creating successful communities through strategic investment in infrastructure and economic growth. Having previously served as a Director at both Deloitte UK and KPMG, Zoe has extensive experience across various sectors, including major project development and financial structuring. Currently, Zoe is also a Board Member of the Liverpool to Manchester Railway Partnership Board and a Trustee for Everybody Sport & Recreation. They hold a BSc in Economics from Brunel University of London.
