Kira Novak

Kira Novak is a seasoned professional in strategic design and innovation, currently serving as a Senior Manager at Deloitte Digital since July 2018. Kira's career began at Doblin, where growth culminated in senior management roles, and Kira also contributed to enhancing patient experience at UI Health. With internships at Wrigley and Radio Flyer, as well as a foundation in qualitative analysis at iModerate, Kira developed expertise in synthesizing complex data for diverse clients. Kira holds a Master of Design from the Institute of Design and a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and American Studies from Colby College, complemented by wilderness medicine training.
