Adam Florence

Adam Florence is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in financial consulting and technology implementation. Currently serving as Chief of Staff for Global Consulting Operate at Deloitte since October 2013, Adam manages the Canadian Delivery Centre Workday financials team and leads medium and large enterprise implementations of Workday Financials. Prior roles include Senior Manager, Senior Consultant, and Business Technology Analyst, focusing on post-implementation support for systems like Workday, Salesforce, and JD Edwards EnterpriseOne. Previously, Adam worked at RBC from July 2012 to October 2013 as a Specialized Agent and held various roles at RBC Financial Group from February 2003 to July 2012, enhancing banking procedures and supporting customer service.
