Ayo Odusote

Ayo Odusote is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in consulting, currently serving as a Principal and Managing Director at Deloitte Consulting since September 2005, where Ayo also leads Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion initiatives. Previous roles at Deloitte include Director, Senior Manager, Manager, and Senior Consultant. Ayo began the consulting career at PwC Consulting from November 2001 to April 2003 as a Consultant and gained earlier experience in consulting at Phillips Consulting Limited from May 2000 to November 2001. Ayo holds an MBA in Strategy and Finance from the University of Maryland - Robert H. Smith School of Business (2003-2005) and a BSc in Computer Engineering from Obafemi Awolowo University (1993-2000).
