Chris Horton

Chris Horton is a seasoned tax professional with extensive experience in providing US and UK personal tax services. Since joining Deloitte UK in September 2002, Chris has advanced from Director to Tax Partner, leading the US/UK High Net Worth team since 2016. This team focuses on attending to the tax needs of high-net-worth clients globally. Prior to Deloitte, Chris worked at Arthur Andersen from 1997 to 2002 as an Expatriate Tax Consultant/Manager, specializing in expatriate tax and social security services, particularly for employees moving between the US and UK. Chris also has foundational experience as an International HR Assistant at Powergen, supporting international assignment initiatives. Chris holds a BA (Hons) in Personnel Management from the University of Plymouth.
