Ian Fleming

Ian Fleming is a seasoned technology professional with extensive experience in business solutions architecture and information technology management. Currently serving as a Master Business Solutions Architect at Deloitte since September 2021, Ian previously held various leadership roles at Intermountain Rural Electric Association from May 2015 to May 2021, overseeing critical administrative functions and managing information technology infrastructure. Ian's background includes serving as the Information Technology Manager at Navopache Electric Co-op, Inc., where leadership of a diverse technical team was key, and as Head of Technology Operations at Upshur-Rural Electric Cooperative Corporation, focusing on technology improvements and upgrades. Ian holds a Master's degree in Cyber/Electronic Operations and Warfare from Excelsior University, a Bachelor of Science in Management Information Systems from the University of Maryland Global Campus, and has completed the Robert I.
