John Kocjan

John Kocjan is an experienced professional with a distinguished career in financial services consulting and academia. Currently serving as an Adjunct Professor at The Johns Hopkins University, School of Advanced International Studies, John teaches a graduate course on Business Strategies for Global Financial Institutions. A retired Principal from Deloitte, John coached and trained consulting teams while leading the US and Global Financial Services Consulting practice, achieving a 20% CAGR in revenue over seven years. John's earlier roles include Partner at Mitchell Madison Group and a tenure as President and CEO of St. Louis Bank, where successful restructuring efforts were made. Additionally, John was a Partner at McKinsey & Company in the Financial Institutions Practice. John holds an M.B.A. with distinction from The Wharton School and a Master in International Economics from Johns Hopkins, alongside a BA in History from Fordham University.
